Homemade Basil Pesto Using A Food Processor
- Basil leaves, two handfuls.
- Parmesan cheese, 3 tablespoons approximately.
- 1/4 cup toasted nuts (walnuts work great if you don’t have pine nut money)
- Olive oil
Combine the first three ingredients in your food processor. Blend. Drizzle in olive oil until your pesto reaches the desired consistency. Serve with cheese, crackers, and your favorite dried salame. Or just eat it with a spoon. Whatevs.
